Wayne has national and international expertise in qualitative and quantitative research for new product development, brand assessment,competitive analysis and consumer behavior. He has gained his extensive experience through work in the computer, financial services and automotive industries. His particular strengths are in innovation and strategy with a strong customer focus.
Wayne has held leadership positions at IBM, Ford, DaimlerChrysler and Bank One.
Wayne has a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Michigan.
